Quick self-check: Is your nutrition holding back your performance?

  • You’re an athlete or active individual that’s physically talented at what you do.

  • You do the hard work.

  • But your health feels like a straw house and could blow away at any moment.

    • Some weeks you can train and perform phenomenally. Other weeks, you get sick.

    • You undertrain because you’re afraid to get run down the next day (or 2 or 3).

    • Every training session feels like you’re carrying a bag of bricks.

    • You’re drowning in exercise, recovery programs, wellness routines and sleep protocols that give you zero time for “me-time”.

If you answered yes to 2+, the Optimal Sports Nutrition Program is designed for you.

Transform your training with Momentum Dietetics

Professional, international and winning athletes aren’t better than you. These individuals simply decided they wanted to stop struggling and stop guessing. They found help and started following science-backed, personalised nutrition advice.

At Momentum Dietetics, I’ve been through 17 years of professional Sports Nutrition & Dietetics experience to give you the exact, tailored advice you need to build your nutrition skill, support and structural system so you can finally get the exercise training and sports performance results you deserve without being constantly tired, exhausted or “gassed out early” after intense exercise efforts.

No guesswork. No frustration. Just results.

Our nutrition process: converting average athletes into awesome

At Momentum Dietetics we follow a simple yet powerful 3-step clinical process: PAUSE, PREPARE, PLAY. This approach helps build sustainable habits that stick – mentally, physically, and in your performance.

Step 1: Pause

Reflect and reset. We take a moment to assess where your body and mindset are right now – and how they can be optimised for nutrition, health, and performance.

Step 2: Prepare

Build your evidence-based personalised strategy. Together, we create a practical, informed plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.

Step 3: Play

Take action. With support, structure, and feedback, you’ll start applying everything in real-life situations – growing stronger and more confident along the way.
